The idea of Thrive was born back in the 1990’s when Brad Higginbotham was headed to Radford University to earn a Graphic Design degree. While attending college he started designing logos and t-shirts with the dream of launching Thrive after graduation. The dream started to come true for Brad as he was selling t-shirts to surf shops in the Outer Banks and out of the back of his truck after surf trips. Like most start up dreams, Thrive was put on hold as the real world of responsibility and a full time job took over. Years later Brad and his old college hunting buddy Ryan Cool started discussing bringing Thrive back to life and started to put the wheels in motion. Shortly after, Chris Faison joined the group and the three friends decided to make Thrive a reality and here we are.
